My pieces of the Delta Collection: tides and mysteries are inspired by the landscapes, colors and textures of the geography of the Tigre Delta and I seek to convey and raise awareness about the negative impact that plastic waste has in particular on said biodiversity. The metals melt together with waste materials recovered from the Delta that are not only reused, but also resigned, giving them the opportunity to become part of a new reflective discourse on the role of human beings in relation to their habitat.
